Bypassing and Cracking IDM for First Time

  • First of all i would like you to download IDM from this Link . File is Password Protected (use hackingkart.com as password) .
  • After Downloading and Installing IDM window will open. Now click on Registration Tab.

  • A dialog box will open asking for your details. Fill in all the details and one of below key in place of Serial Key.

  • Pushing OK button it will prompt for entering Fake Serial Key. Need not worry for this, here comes our trick.
  • Now we’ll do some registry tweaking .Open System Host File running below command in Command Prompt.
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
  • In Hosts file you will find locahost ip address mentioned, just below that paste the code provided below:

  • Check again Registeration  Status,  you will find it registered to your name , now it has been converted to full version .

Logic Behind hack trick

You must be wondering that why we did all those things, added custom code to hosts file and all. The reason is those lines in custom code are actually IP Addresses of Servers through which IDM communicate in order to perform any administrative task like checking for Upgrade, Registration etc. So by adding those server addresses we are actually blocking IDM to access those servers,After this IDM can’t update itself nor it can check validity of your client version.
Point to Note:  This trick for Hack Crack IDM has been tested in all Operating Systems and worked perfectly fine, However in Windows 7 and 8 you need to open Hosts file with Administrative Privilege only then the changes you will make will be saved. Otherwise it’ll end with some Warning message.
